Attendees will review basic ultrasound technique, image optimization controls, and the optimal acoustic windows for a focused echocardiogram. Topics will include normal cardiac ultrasound anatomy, identification of ventricular dysfunction and a review of pericardial assessment with a focus on tamponade physiology.
