This one-day course is designed to provide heart surgeons, interventional cardiologists, non-interventional cardiologists, cardiac anesthesiologists, and cardiac sonographers with the fundamental skills required to obtain and analyze high-quality Live 3D TEE images. The course focuses on image acquisition and analysis needed for interventional Mitral Valve procedures. The small class size of this course enables participants to interact with the instructor closely and to receive individual hands-on training, with particular emphasis on mitral valve apparatus analysis. Educational material will be presented through lectures, case presentations, and informal discussions. It will thoroughly introduce the fundamentals of Live 3D TEE and its practical use for mitral valve procedures.
